Tritordeum friselline are an entirely Apulian specialty, produced with love and skill in the heart of Salento. This unique flour, developed from a natural cross between durum wheat and wild barley Hordeum chilense, preserves the precious nutrients of both cereals intact. Processed and milled by “Il Mulino Calogiuri” with non-GMO methods, Tritordeum flour is the result of over 30 years of research, which has led to the birth of a cereal rich in beneficial properties for health.
