Linguine Cappelli are made with Senatore Cappelli wheat flour, hand-milled without degerminating the grain to keep the germ rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fats. This long format is perfect for seafood dishes: excellent with fresh clams, garlic and parsley or with a basil and almond pesto. It is recommended to keep them in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness and organoleptic properties intact.
